～桜井製粉イノベーションストーリー第1話～
僕は上川高広。奈良にある製粉会社に勤めている。と言うとみんなびっくりする。
僕自身、就職するまで奈良に製粉会社があるなんて知らなかった。奈良は山に囲まれて海なんてない。うちは山あいに工場を持つ珍しいタイプの製粉会社だ。
会社はアットホームで社員みんな仲がいい。ただ問題は仕事だ。
小麦粉という圧倒的に差別化が難しい商品を扱っているので、営業がほんとに辛い。
仕事が辛い分、休日に家にいるのが最大の楽しみだ。最近二人目が生まれて子供たちと戯れるのが至福の喜び。日曜日は朝からサザエさん症候群(;^_^A
あー、今週も月曜日が始まった。仕事も週末のように楽しく過ごせればいいのに。
なんか仕事が楽しくなる方法はないかなぁ。
I’m Takahiro Kamikawa. I work for a flour
milling company in Nara. It is surprising for everybody such kind of company in
Nara area which is surrounded mountains, and away from sea. For me, no idea
until I’ve got a job. Not so many companies have their factories located among
the mountains.
We are like a big one family, everyone in
our office are all friendly. There is one big problem for me as a employee,
that’s my Task.
Our product is just a flour. It means our
product can’t get big differences from others. It is typically so much popular
product. So, sales situation is very severe.
I don’t enjoy my work at all. Staying home
with my family is the best for me in every weekend. I can’t find any other
happiness with my son and new baby. I wake up with Monday morning blue in every
Sunday.
Oh, it is Monday again. Is there any idea
for enjoying my job like weekends?! I need a solution to enjoy my task!
