～桜井製粉イノベーションストーリー第4話～
僕は上川高広。硬直しきった製粉業界に身を置いている。
仕事を楽しくするために何が必要か考え続けた結果、一つのアイデアを思い付いた。
Webの活用だ！
アイデアを思いついて以来、色々と目につくようになった。
特に気になったのが料理動画サイトだ。
30秒くらいで次から次へと映像が流れる。しかも簡単にできそうなものばかり。うちの奥さんも良く観ているらしい。
うちは社内結婚なので奥さんは元開発。虎視眈々と復職をもくろんでいて、料理動画サイトには興味津々だったとか(;^_^A
Webのことを話すと、「あんなんうちでもすぐできるやん！」と乗り気だ。
よし、社長に話してみるか。
いや、待てよ。ここは営業本部長に先にしよう。
と思っていたら先輩のコマッタさん、、じゃなかった駒田さんに見つかった。
「おっ、タカヒロ。うまくいってる？」
「いや～、全然ですよ。志水部長ってお出かけでしたっけ？」
「あー、社長と出かけててもうすぐ帰ってくるわ。ご飯行くって言われてるねんけどタカヒロも連れてってもらったら？」
「いえ、僕は、そんな。ちょっとお話があっただけで。」
「おっ、タカヒロ！ご飯行こか。話あんねん。」と社長が部長と戻ってきた。
「え、お話ですか。」
「社長、タカヒロも話聞いて欲しいんですって。」と駒田さんが余計なひと言を(;^_^A
「おお、じゃあ行こか。」と、行くことになってしまった。
I’m Takahiro Kamikawa. I work for the flour
milling industry which doesn’t have no open mind for the new things.
I’ve struggled for my task. It is not
enjoyable for me at all. Then I found a solution. It is ‘WEB’.
I’ve found many ideas making full use of
web.
Especially, I like cooking movie web site.
It shows us nice and easy cooking movies
one after the other. It is for about 30sec. My wife likes it, too.
My wife used to work in my company for a
developing products section. We met each other in our company.
She is housewife right now, but her aims to
get back to work as a full time. For that, she watches the site to get valuable
information.
When I’ve told to her about the web site,
she said that it’s easy for our company!
She is right. I need to talk to our president.
Well, not him as a first. Maybe Shimizu-san
will be right person, I guess.
Just about to think that, senior member
Komada-san said hello to me. Nobody knows what happen to him even himself. Oh,
no.
‘Takahiro! How’s going?’
‘Not, bad, Not good. I just want to talk to
Shimizu-san.’
‘Well, he is out with president for a
while. And they get back soon. We gonna have a meal, why don’t you go with us?’
‘Oh, thanks. But maybe next time.’
‘Takahiro! Let’s go to have nice beer. And
I have new topic for you.’ President and manager were coming back.
‘What is the topic?’
‘Higashida-san, Takahiro has a topic to
you, too.’ Oh, no. Komada-san…
