～桜井製粉イノベーションストーリー第7話～
僕は上川高広。新しい事には無縁の製粉業界に一石を投じることになる新ビジネスの担当者になってしまった。初めは単に楽しく仕事をするために趣味を活かせないかと思った軽い気持ちだったのに、話がどんどん大きくなってしまっている。
Webの新サービスの担当者になったと家で話すと奥さんはノリノリであれもやれる、これもやりたいと今にも職場復帰しそうでなだめるのに苦労した。
今日はWebのコンサル会社ミックコンサルティングとの打ち合わせだ。
ミックは岡本先生の会社で社長の信用が厚い。今回のプロジェクトは全面的に協力をお願いすることになった。
「大体のイメージはつかめました。今日はコアメンバーが揃っているので、話を詰めながら決められるところは決めてしまいましょう。」と岡本先生。
「ロゴの候補はご連絡した通りなんですが、岡本さんはどう思いますか？」
「そうですね。今回のサイバーミックスは桜井製粉さんが主導権を握りながら製粉業界を活性化させるための新ビジネスなんですよね。」
「そうです。私はこの古くて活気がない製粉業界を何とかしたいと思ってるんです。」
でたー、社長のスイッチ入った(;^_^A
I’m Takahiro Kamikawa. I’ve got a new task
as in-charge of this new project which will be big impact against old style milling
flour industry. I didn’t imagine this
project could be such big influencer. I just wanted to enjoy my job with my
advantage.
I told to my wife the other day about this,
she had excited so much with her many ideas. She was almost getting ready to
get her work, finally I could win her cool down with big effort.
Today, we are getting together for the
meeting with Mick Consulting that is web consulting office. Mick Consulting is
one of the companies of Okamoto-san. Higashida-san established trust with them.
He decided to get team with them for this project.
‘I’ve get outline of this project. We have the core member for this here today. We
can decide many important points for this.’ Okamoto-san said.
‘What do you think about the logos we sent
by e-mail the other day?’
‘Well, Cyber Mix will be the new business
for revitalize milling flour industry by Sakurai’s management, right?’
‘That’s right. I want to do something new to
this OLD industry.’
Awww…He got so him into it.
