～桜井製粉イノベーションストーリー第8話～
僕は上川高広。今日は主要メンバーで新ビジネスサイバーミックスのミーティングが行われている。
「営業マンが汗水流しても売っているものはただの粉です。みんな楽しくもなんともないんです。でもミックス粉は違いを生みだせると思うんです。私はミックス粉でなら、大手と対等に世界で勝負できると思ってるんです！」と社長の熱い想いは止まらない(;^_^A
「東田社長の思いを是非ロゴに反映させましょう。色は、力強い赤とか良さそうですね。ところで、この機会に桜井製粉さんのロゴの意味を聞かせてもらえますか。ロゴにはストーリーがありますから、ルーツも参考になると思います。」
そして社長の熱い思いと桜井製粉の歴史がとうとうと語られ、僕も知らない話が1時間ほど続いた。傍らではミックのディレクターメンバーが社長の話を聞きながらロゴを考えてくれているみたいだ。
僕の席はディレクターの伴田さんから遠くて分からないが、伴田さんサイドでは楽しそうにあれこれロゴ製作で盛り上がっている～
おもむろにミックのディレクターの伴田さんが「岡本さん、こんなのはどうでしょうか」とPCを見せた。
I’m Takahiro Kamikawa. We have a important
meeting for Cyber Mix today with key member.
‘Our products are just flour. This is
typical popular product for everybody. It’s just a flour. So it is so hard to
sale even with big effort. But the mixed flour has large potential, I believe.
We could have power against big companies in this industry even in the world
market.’ Higashida-san is deeply into it.
‘I agree with you. New logo should be under
your passion. So, the color will be the red, cause it is powerful. By the way, would
you mind to tell us the history of Sakurai’s logo? I guess it could help it.
Maybe the roots should be in it.’
And Higashida-san showed the long story and
his thoughts for about a hour which I’ve never heard. On the other side of the
table, Mick’s directors worked for the logo along to Higashida-san’s story.
I sat in the other side to them, so I couldn’t
know what they do. Only I could see them enjoy it.
Then after a time, director Handa-san shows
