南川喜之助のイノベーションストーリー第8話～
僕は南川喜之助。和菓子業界復興のために近隣の高校を集めてお茶会を開くことになり、いよいよ当日がやってきた。
通常お茶会では干菓子と主菓子の二種類を用意する。主菓子はいわゆる練り切りだ。今回は練り切り作りを参加者に見てもらえるようにブースを設置してある。
実演ブースには物珍しさから茶道部の女子高生が一杯やってきた(^^♪
そして携帯で写真を一杯取ってSNSにあげている！伝統の復興には遠いが、とにかく興味を持ってもらうことが重要だ。
そこに混ざって興味深く写真をとっている外国人の女性がいた。気になって例の立川さんに聞くと、なんとスペイン領事館の職員だという！
そういえば高松にスペイン領事館できてたっけなぁ。
会はなんとか成功した。
I’m Kinosuke Minamikawa. For the
re-growth Sado, I made a plan to have a big Tea party for high-school’s Sado
club activity. It is the today and we have several high-schools. Usually, we
use 2 types of sweets for the party. One is Higashi as a dry shaped sugar and
the other is Syugashi as a unbaked mochi cake. Syugashi is called as Nerikiri.
We have a special booth for Nerikiri. People can watch the live performance
making Nerikiri.
Many high-school students get in front of
the booth and take many pictures! They upload those pictures to the SNS. It
doesn’t work for the revival Japanese traditional culture. But it’s OK. The
important thing is getting popular.
I saw a woman who take pictures and she
didn’t look as Japanese. Then I ask to Ms.Tachikawa about her. She knows her as
a staff member of Spanish consulate. Wow!
I remember that Takamatu has it, not so
long ago.
Anyway, the Tea party was finished with a
little success.
