～桜井製粉イノベーションストーリー第15話～
僕は上川高広。波に乗ったかに思えたサイバーミックスに大きな転機が訪れた。それはある日のミーティングで社長から発表された。
「今日はみんなに重大な話がある。清日がヨフーと組んでミックス粉事業に大々的に乗り出すことが決まって、うちのノウハウを売らないかと打診してきた、完全に飲み込む気や。」
「社長はどう返事されたんですか？」と思わず聞いてしまった。
「うちはそもそも下請けから脱出するためにサイバーミックスを始めたんや。あっちに貢ぐためやない。関西製粉さんからも協力を要請されたけどまだ保留や。今みんなに頼みたいことはうちの強みを活かして販路を確保するために知恵出して欲しいということや。」
「そこで、サイバーミックスのサイトとうちのサイトに問い合わせがあったものを洗い出して、見逃したビジネスチャンスが無いかを探すところから始めようと思う。みんな時間無いから最優先事項として動いて欲しい。」と志水部長もいつになく真剣な声だ。
これはまずい。。広告宣伝もライン増設もあっちの資本だと一気に追いていかれるのは間違いない。今までの苦労が水の泡だ。
「さぁ、正念場や、今すぐ始めようやないか！」

brake through this serious situation. What is our strong point against them?’
‘We need to check again any sentences
unsearched for Cyber Mix and ordinary our web site. It must be in there. We can
get the business chance for that, I believe. This is the top priority.’ Shimizu-san
said unusually and seriously.
That is not good. They will pass away
easily from us with their big capital. And we never catch up with them. It is easy for them to have big promotion and
production lines. All will end up being wasted…
‘OK, guys! They give us a crucial stage. We
need to win!’
